May 21 -- Benny Casillas
Brooks Wallace Award Semifinalist
» Benny Casillas has appeared in all but one game this season and has tallied a hit in 45 of 53 games.
» He leads Michigan and the Big Ten in batting average, hitting .401 this season.
» The graduate student also leads Michigan in runs, hits and doubles.
» Casillas is one of 30 players on the semifinalist list that honors the nation's best shortstop.
May 19 -- Will Rogers
John Olerud Two-Way Player of the Year Semifinalist
» Will Rogers has pitched 58.1 innings over 23 appearances with one start while seeing at-bats in 17 games.
» He has eight saves with a 5-2 record, 41 strikeouts and a 4.34 earned-run average.
» The senior holds a .264 batting average with two home runs and 13 runs.
» Rogers is one of 10 players on the semifinalist list.
May 15 -- Mitch Voit
Dick Howser Trophy Semifinalist Presented By The Game Headwear
» Mitch Voit is slashing .349/.481/.656 this season, ranking in the top 10 of the Big Ten Conference in all three categories.
» He has a team-leading 48 runs and 53 RBIs on 65 and is the only Wolverine to start every contest.
» The junior has tallied 30 extra base hits with 12 home runs for 122 total bases.
April 18 -- Benny Casillas
Brooks Wallace Player of the Year Award Watch List
» Benny Casillas has played in 36 games with 32 starts at shortstop.
» He is hitting a team-leading .426 with a 1.062 OPS and 55 hits.
» The graduate student has turned 18 double plays this season and with just two errors over the last 20 games.
April 15 -- Will Rogers
John Olerud Two-Way Player of the Year Award Watch List
» Will Rogers has pitched 34.0 innings this season and has 49 at-bats.
» He holds a 4.50 earned-run average and a 1.44 WHIP across 14 appearances with 26 strikeouts and six saves.
» The senior is hitting .286 with 12 runs, seven extra-base hits and five RBI.
April 14 & 15 -- Tate Carey

Big Ten Pitcher, Freshman of the Week (April 14)
» Tate Carey pitched 12 scoreless innings across two outings and picked up two wins.
» Carey threw a seven-inning no-hitter against Akron, the first by a Michigan pitcher since 1994.
» The freshman struck out 11 across the two games and held opponents to a .081 batting average -- allowing just six baserunners across the two games.
» This honor is the first conference honor of Carey's career and is the just the second Wolverine player to win Freshman and Pitcher of the Week in the same week.
March 18 & 21 -- Mitch Voit

» Mitch Voit had a strong offensive week slashing .667/.739/1.222 over the five-game week including a four-hit game against Michigan State.
» He scored six runs and registered 12 RBIs over the five games with four twice.
» The junior tallied seven extra-base hits with five doubles, one triple and one home run.
» The Big Ten Player of the Week honor is the first of Voit's career and fourth overall weekly conference honor.
» The Bobby Bragan honor is the first of Voit's career.
March 11 -- Will Rogers
College Baseball Hall of Fame John Olerud Two-Way Player of the Week Award
» Will Rogers earned a four-inning save while scattering five hits and allowing two runs while striking out.
» He went 5-for-14 over the four-game week with two singles, a double, a triple and a home run.
» He scored six runs including a career-high four in one game in the series opener against Illinois.
» This honor is the first of Roger's career.
Feb. 12 -- Gavin DeVooght, Dylan Vigue, Mitch Voit
Big Ten Players To Watch
» Gavin DeVooght pitched for Ohio State last season, making 18 appearances (eight starts) for the Buckeyes.
» He struck out 37 in 44.1 innings pitched and finished the season with a 2-3 record and a 5.08 earned-run average to earn All-Big Ten Freshman honors.
» Dylan Vigue started 11 games and made four relief appearances last season.
» Vigue struck out 40 batters in 54.2 innings, compiling a 2-4 record.
» He was named a Perfect Game Preseason All-Conference selection and was D1Baseball's No. 2 Big Ten prospect for the 2025 MLB Draft.
» Junior Mitch Voit has been named Academic All-Big Ten, was a All-Big Ten First Team utility selection, and in his first two seasons was an All-Big Ten Tournament Team selection.
» As a freshman, Voit was named to the Collegiate Baseball Freshman Team, D1 Baseball Freshman second team, a second team Baseball America Freshman, and an All-Big Ten Freshman Team member at third base and pitcher.
» Prior to this season, he was chosen as a Baseball America Preseason All-American and was a Perfect Game Preseason All-Conference selection.
