Michigan generated two shots in search of the equalizer before entering the final frame down 1-0. U-M earned two penalty corners in the final 10 minutes and fired a pair of shots that were stopped by the IU defense. Michigan pulled Hala Silverstein from goal with less than five minutes remaining but could not capitalize on the extra-attacker opportunity.
