Michigan Field Hockey's Opening-Weekend Games Postponed

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan field hockey team's opening-weekend games against Penn State and Ohio State, scheduled for Friday and Saturday (Feb. 26-27) in Virginia Beach, Va., have been postponed due to COVID-19 protocols. The decision was made by the Michigan Athletic Department in consultation with medical professionals.

The institutions will work with the Big Ten Conference to identify potential rescheduling options later this season.
