Kayla Reed (Oct. 22)
Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week -- Sophomore Kayla Reed contributed to both Michigan goals in its 2-1 win against No. 21 Ohio State on Sunday (Oct. 21), scoring the game-winner off a baseline carry at the 87:37 mark in double overtime. She also assisted on the game-tying goal late in regulation, at 63:28, with a hard pass from outside the circle. With the win, U-M clinched a share of the Big Ten regular-season title -- U-M's second in as many seasons. It is the first Big Ten weekly award of Reed's career.
Emma Way (Sept. 17)
Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week -- Senior Emma Way paced the Wolverines with three goals and two assists in their weekend sweep against No. 17 Rutgers and Central Michigan. She contributed to all three Michigan goals against the Scarlet Knights, assisting a pair of first-time goal scorers before adding a late insurance tally of her own. She scored twice in the first half against CMU, including the first and game-winning goal just 9:13 into the game. » Big Ten Release
Kathryn Peterson (Sept. 17)
Big Ten Co-Freshman of the Week -- Freshman Kathryn Peterson scored in each of the Wolverines' weekend games -- the first goals of her collegiate career. She netted the first and game-winning goal at the 24:57 mark against No. 17 Rutgers and added a late penalty-corner tally against CMU. She shared the weekly honor with Iowa's Anthe Nijziel. » Big Ten Release
