
Rain Changes Pair of Midweek Games

ANN ARBOR, Mich.-- Steady rain in the Ann Arbor area all daytoday (Tuesday, April 14) has forced the cancellation of Michigan's scheduled contest with Toledo and changed Wednesday's (April 15) game with Eastern Michigan to a pair of seven-inning contests beginning at 3:05 p.m. No makeup date for the Toledo game has been announced.
The Wolverines welcome Eastern Michigan to the Wilpon Baseball Complex for the second time this season, concluding what is now a four-game 2009 series with the Eagles. Each team has won on the other's home field heading into play Wednesday. First pitch against EMU in game one of the doubleheader is set for 3:05 p.m. with game two starting 30 minutes after the conculsion of game one. Both games and can be heard live via MGoBlue.com.
In another scheduling note, the start time for Friday's (April 17) game at Michigan State has been moved up three hours to 3:05 p.m. at McLane Stadium in East Lansing, Mich. There will be no audio broadcast, but live stats will be available at MGoBlue.com.
