WOLVERINE BITES
• Michigan is ranked No. 20 in both the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) and Maverik media poll. The four consecutive weeks of being ranked in both major polls is the longest stretch in school history.
• Junior Brent Noseworthy enters the week with 34 goals and is averaging 3.09 goals/game, a number that ranks No. 5 in the NCAA and is the top mark in the Big Ten. His shooting percentage of .447 (34 goals on 76 shots), checks in at No. 29 in the country and No. 2 in the Big Ten, and he is four goals shy of breaking his own school record for goals in a season (37). He also leads the country in even-strength unassisted goals (24).
• Noseworthy has marked at least one point in each of his last 25 games, and has 71 goals, 12 assists, for 83 points over that span. Overall, he has ripped off a point in 29-of-32 games played in his career. In the three contests he did not register a point or shot in as a freshman, he was solely a part of U-M's man-up unit.
• Freshman attackman Kevin Mack ranks second on the team in goals (17), assists (19) and points (36). Mack is looking to become only the second player in U-M history to register a 20-20 season, with Ian King accomplishing the feat last season. He is three helpers away from breaking King's single-season assist record (21, 2017). Mack's 36 points rank him fourth in the country for freshmen behind Albany's Tehoka Nanticoke (53), Boston's Chris Gray (51), and High Point's Asher Nolting (47).
• The Wolverine offense boasts six players with double-digit points, while 144 of U-M's 170 points have come via the junior (82) and freshman (62) classes. Noseworthy paces the team with 40 points, and freshman Kevin Mack checks in at No. 2 on the team (36), while freshman Alex Buckanavage (26), junior Decker Curran (23) and junior Rocco Sutherland (15) check-in as juniors and freshmen with double-digit points.
• According to AnalyticsLacrosse.com, Michigan ranks No. 21 in raw offense, No. 20 in adjusted offense, and No. 9 in shooting efficiency. The metric also rates Noseworthy as its No. 31 player in the country, and Mack the No. 43 player.
• Junior longstick Nick DeCaprio checks in as the Big Ten leader for caused turnovers (1.82 per game), ranking him No. 16 in the country. He also checks in at No. 2 on the team in ground balls (32), and had his best statistical game of the season against Rutgers (April 8), collecting seven ground balls and causing three turnovers.
• U-M's ranked future opposition features No. 5 Johns Hopkins (April 21), as well as No. 14 Penn State (April 28). As a whole, U-M's past opposition is a combined 50-51 on the season.
• Freshman Connor Cronin is 63-of-111 (57 percent) at the dot since taking over the full-time faceoff duties vs. Marquette (March 17). His overall percentage of 55 (94-of-172) ranks No. 30 in the country, and is on pace for the best single-season effort in U-M history.

The Buckeyes are led by sophomore All-American Tre LeClaire, who paces the team in goals (20) and assists (10) from his midfield position. Jackson Reid (14), Jack Jasinski (12) and John Kelly (10) are the other Buckeyes with double-digit goals.
