• Keith Lehmann earned the win on the mound in his first career start this season. Lehmann struck out four and scattered eight hits without a walk in seven innings.
• Michigan's starting pitching has not allowed a run in the last 30 innings.
• Jacob Cronenworth picked up his 18th career save in the win over UIC. He is just one save away from tying Tyler Burgoon (2008-10) for second on U-M's career saves list.
• Jackson Glines picked up his team-leading 21st multi-hit game, going 2-for-4 in the UIC win.
