
Rowlett Selected by Chaos LC in PLL Draft

BRISTOL, Conn. -– Graduate-student faceoff specialist Nick Rowlett of the University of Michigan men's lacrosse team was selected in the third round (23rd overall) of the 2023 Premier Lacrosse League Draft by Chaos Lacrosse Club during the league's annual draft on Tuesday (May 9).
Rowlett, the first Wolverine to reach 300 ground ball pickups in a career, is winning 136-of-237 (57 percent) of his draws this season, ranking No. 18 in the NCAA. His six ground balls per contest rank No. 30 nationally.
A mainstay at the dot for the past four seasons, he owns the most faceoff wins in school history (496) and boasts a career win percentage of 55 percent.
The team captain is the second Wolverine to be selected in the PLL draft, joining Brent Noseworthy (2019). He is the seventh Wolverine overall to be drafted by a professional outdoor lacrosse franchise.
