• Ian King has now scored at least a point in 20 consecutive games, a streak that began on March 1, 2014, against Johns Hopkins. King has notched 40 goals and 11 helpers for 51 points over that span and has been held scoreless in a contest only once in his career (vs. Johns Hopkins on Feb. 22, 2014).
• The goal for David Joseph in the opening minutes was his first in the last four games. He now has seven scores on the season.
• Michigan falls to 0-4 all-time vs. Johns Hopkins and 2-14 all-time in blue jerseys.
• U-M was called for six penalties, which ties for its second-highest mark of the season (nine vs. Jacksonville, six versus Canisius).
• Seven of U-M's nine goals were of the unassisted variety.
