Michigan to Host Coaches Clinic in January

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan men's lacrosse coaching staff will host a coaches clinic Jan. 9-10 inside Oosterbaan Field House. The clinic will feature segments on strength and conditioning, team practice, on-field demonstration, film breakdown, recruiting discussions and general Q&A sessions. The registration cost is $50. Fees include a coaches binder, dinner and a coaches social.
Saturday, Jan. 9
4 p.m. - Michigan Lacrosse Conditioning Session
5 p.m. - Strength and Conditioning Q&A
6:30 p.m. - Dinner / Speakers / Coaches Social (Sheraton Hotel in Ann Arbor)
Sunday, Jan.10
7:30 a.m. - Michigan Lacrosse Practice
9 a.m. - On-Field Demos with Staff and Student-Athletes
10:30 a.m. - Film Breakdown Session
11:15 a.m. - Recruiting Discussion
Noon - General Q&A with Staff
