ROSEMONT, Ill. -- Four University of Michigan women's soccer players earned All-Big Ten honors on Tuesday (Nov. 3), highlighted by Ella Jablinskey's first-team selection. Lilley Bosley earned second-team recognition, while Melisa Kekic and Torah Betteridge were named to the All-Freshman Team.
Jablinskey earned first-team All-Big Ten honors for the first time in her career after leading the Wolverines with eight goals and tying for the team lead with 18 points, both career highs. The 2024 Michigan Rookie of the Year played a pivotal role in Michigan's road victory over No. 1 Michigan State, recording a career-high five points on two goals and an assist. She became the first Wolverine to earn first-team recognition since Raleigh Loughman and Alia Martin in 2021.
Bosley was named to the All-Big Ten Second Team following a career-best senior season. The midfielder started all 17 games for the Wolverines, recording career highs in goals (six), assists (six) and points (18). Bosley tied the program record with a point in seven consecutive games, totaling six goals and two assists during the streak. She became just the third Wolverine to accomplish the feat and the first since Nkem Ezurike in 2012.
Kekic and Betteridge each earned their first career conference honors with selections to the All-Freshman Team. Kekic, a freshman forward, recorded her first collegiate point with an assist in Michigan's victory over No. 1 Michigan State before scoring her first career goal against Maryland. Betteridge, a freshman defender, started all 17 games and was the only Michigan freshman to start every match this season.
Additionally, Adi Walick was named Michigan's Sportsmanship Award honoree.
