Jackson Ragen (Oct. 8)
Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week: Junior Jackson Ragen helped the Michigan defense to shutouts of Ohio State (2-0 on Oct. 2) and Northwestern (3-0 on Oct. 6) last week. He played all 90 minutes in both matches and played an integral part of the defensive unit that allowed just five shots on goal for the week. Ragen also chipped in offensively with three points on a goal (vs. Ohio State) and an assist (vs. Northwestern). » Big Ten Release
Nebojsa Popovic (Sept. 24)
Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week: Graduate student Nebojsa Popovic scored two goals and tallied an assist across two matches last week. He had a goal and an assist against his old team in Michigan's 2-0 win over Oakland on Tuesday (Sept. 17), before he added another goal in the team's 1-1 draw with Rutgers last Saturday (Sept. 21).
