• Michigan wins its ninth Big Ten Tournament title and first since 2008. The Wolverines were a perfect 4-0 in the tournament with wins over Indiana, Iowa, Illinois and Maryland.
• Michigan is now 49-34 all-time in the Big Ten Tournament.
• Michigan and Maryland faced off for the first time in Big Ten Tournament play.
• Junior Jacob Cronenworth earned Big Ten Tournament Most Outstanding Player after picking up four saves and hitting .389 with a double and three runs batted in.
• Cronenworth was joined on the all-tournament team by Cody Bruder, Jackson Glines and Brett Adcock.
• Cronenworth set a tournament record with four saves, breaking former U-M pitcher Michael Powers' record of three from 2008.
• Adcock picked up his second win of the tournament and 10th of the season. He pitched 12 innings and allowed two runs with 10 strikeouts.
• Michigan will play in its 22nd NCAA Tournament in program history and its first since 2008.
