• Sophomore Brett Adcock picked up his team-leading fourth win of the season, allowing just two hits and no earned run in six innings of work. Adcock has 11 career wins for Michigan.
• Freshman Jake Bivens extended his reached-base streak to 19 games after his walk in the sixth inning.
• Junior Travis Maezes drove in a season-high four runs in the win over Penn State. His career high is five, set at Nebraska on May 18, 2013.
• Penn State now leads the all-time series with Michigan 47-44. Michigan has won five of its last six meetings with the Nittany Lions.
• Sophomore Carmen Benedetti extended his Big Ten RBI lead with his single in the seventh inning. Benedetti has 37 RBI on the year.
• Senior Jackson Glines now has 15 multi-hit games after going 2-for-5 with two runs scored in today's win.
• Michigan did not strike out in today's win at Penn State. It is the first time Michigan has not struck out in a game since April 2, 2011, against Indiana.
