• Sophomore Carmen Benedetti had his first career triple today, a two-run shot to the left-center field gap in the sixth inning.

• Freshman Jake Bivens notched his first career three-hit game, batting 3-for-5 with a double on the afternoon.

• Four Wolverines recorded multiple hits today, including Jacob Cronenworth (his 10th), Cody Bruder (his eighth), Jake Bivens (his sixth) and Kevin White (his fifth).

• Junior Cody Bruder has reached base in 17 consecutive games after his RBI single in the third. Bruder also has a nine-game hitting streak.

• Kevin White hit his second HR of the season today, tying Kendall Patrick for the team lead.

• Three different Wolverines recorded stolen bases today (Jacob Cronenworth, Cody Bruder, and Kevin White). The swipes marked Michigan's first since March 15, when Jacob Cronenworth recorded a steal at Kansas.

• Michigan now leads the all-time series against Bowling Green, 42-15.
