• Freshman LF Kevin White, who is hitting .244 (19-for-78), was 2-for-3 with a walk with a first-inning single that extended his career personal-best hitting streak to nine games. He has six multi-hit games as a Wolverine.
• Junior co-captain CF Patrick Biondi, who is hitting .316 (59-for-187), was 1-for-3 with his team-leading 11th double of the season. The 11 doubles match his season- and career-best total set as a freshman in 2010. He has 29 career doubles.
• Biondi has a six-game hitting streak with hits in 11 of his last 12 games.
• Sophomore RF Michael O'Neill, who is hitting .336 (45-for-134) to lead the team, was 1-for-4 with an eighth-inning single to give him hits in all four games since his return from injury.
