
Wolverines to Head to Purdue, Host Wisconsin for Pups at the Pitch

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The No. 21-ranked University of Michigan women's soccer team (5-3-3, 3-3-0 Big Ten) returns to the state of Indiana to face Purdue (10-1-2, 4-1-1 Big Ten) on Thursday (Oct. 8) at 7 p.m. at Folk Field before heading back to U-M Soccer Stadium to host Wisconsin (7-2-3, 3-1-2 Big Ten) for a 1 p.m. Pups at the Pitch matchup on Sunday (Oct. 11). Both contests will be streamed live on B1G+.
Notes
• Michigan returns to action following a 3-2 victory over Indiana in Bloomington, marking the Wolverines' 19th all-time win against the Hoosiers.
• Defender Campbell Jewell recorded two assists against Indiana, notching the first multi-point game of her collegiate career.
• Adi Walick converted her fourth penalty kick of the season against Indiana. She is one of six Division I players nationally to have converted at least four penalty kicks this season while maintaining a 100 percent success rate.
• Lilley Bosley scored her first goal of the season against the Hoosiers and continues to lead Michigan with four assists.
• Seven Wolverines recorded at least one shot against Indiana. Melisa Kekic led Michigan with five attempts, including two on goal, while Ella Jablinskey recorded three shots and scored in the victory.
• U-M owns a 15-4-4 record in the all-time series against Purdue and enters Thursday's matchup riding a five-game winning streak against the Boilermakers.
• The Wolverines return to U-M Soccer Stadium to face Wisconsin, where Michigan is 1-1-1 in its last three home meetings with the Badgers.
• The Maize and Blue will head west next week to face Oregon on Friday, Oct. 16, in its final road match of the regular season. The contest will air on Big Ten Network and is scheduled for 6 p.m. PT.
