Swimming

Men's Gymnastics
Following a historic performance in the team finals, Paul Juda and Fred Richard concluded their Olympic run with the all-around finals. Juda finished 14th while Richard finished 15th. » Full update

Australia improved to 2-0 in Paris with a 15-14 win over the Netherlands by way of penalty shootout. Former Wolverine Abby Andrews scored one goal, her fourth of the tournament, to power the Stingers. » Full update

Canada advanced out of Group A with a 3-0 record, moving onto the knockout stage. Shelina Zadorsky played the final five minutes of regulation and all seven minutes of stoppage time. » Full update

Paige Badenhorst won the second of two C/D semifinal heats with a time of 7:55.91, securing her place in the six-athlete C Final of the women's single sculls (1x), set for Saturday (Aug. 3) at 9:30 a.m. CEST / 3:30 a.m. EDT. » Full update
Field Hockey
The United States sacrificed an early lead and could not recover, falling 3-0 to Australia in its third pool-play matchup at Yves-du-Manoir Stadium. The Hockeyroos scored just 90 seconds into the first quarter and added goals late in the second and midway through the fourth. Volleyball
The USA won a tough fought five-set match against Serbia. Team USA won the first two sets before Serbia came back to force a fifth set, which the U.S. rallied to take 17-15. With the win, Team USA earned two points in pool play and is currently in second behind Serbia. The team will close out its pool-play schedule with a matchup against host nation France on Sunday (Aug. 4). » Full update
