• Michigan scored nine runs in one inning for the first time since March 20, 2010, when Michigan had nine runs in the seventh inning of a 20-0 win over Fordham in Port St. Lucie, Fla.
• Michigan set a season high in runs scored in the18-6 win over Northwestern. Michigan's previous high was 17 against Illinois on April 12.
• Kendall Patrick now leads Michigan in home runs with three after his fifth inning long ball in the Northwestern win.
• Kevin White picked up his fifth career home run in the win at Northwestern. White's seventh inning home run was part of a 2-for-5 day with two RBI and two runs scored.
• Travis Maezes has now reached base in 20 straight games. Maezes was 2-for-3 with three walks and two RBI.
• Maezes had a double in the fifth inning, his team-leading 17th of the season.
• Jackson Glines had four RBI in the first inning of today's win over Northwestern. Glines belted a three-run home run, his first in a Michigan uniform, and had an RBI groundout in his second at-bat of the frame.
• Trent Szkutnik earned his first win of the season, striking out five in seven innings of work. It was Szkutnik's seventh career win.
• Dominic Jamett earned his first start of 2014 and was 1-for-4 with two runs scored and an RBI in the win over Northwestern.
• Cole Martin had three hits on the day in the win over Northwestern. It's Martin's eighth multi-hit game of the season.
• Jacob Cronenworth had three hits in the Northwestern win. Cronenworth has four three-hit games and 11 multi-hit performances this season.
