The University of Michigan women's basketball team (6-1) remains at home this week, hosting undefeated Princeton (8-0) on Tuesday (Dec. 9) in a doubleheader with the men's team. The women's team will play at 6:30 p.m. Fans with a men's basketball ticket can attend the women's game for free.
QUICK HITS
• Michigan is 4-0 at Crisler Center this season, averaging 75.2 points on 47.3-percent shooting and holding its opponents to 58.5 points on 38.7-percent shooting. The Wolverines are averaging 16.0 assists per game at Crisler, while forcing their opponents into 17.8 turnovers per contest.
• Michigan's 6-1 record is the best start through seven games under third-year head coach Kim Barnes Arico.
• U-M and Princeton are meeting for just the second time in program history and first since a 61-58 Michigan win on Dec. 19, 1997.
• The Maize and Blue is currently ranked No. 11 in the latest edition of the NCAA RPI. U-M is the highest ranked Big Ten school.

• Assistant coach Melanie Moore spent five seasons at Princeton as an assistant before coming to Michigan with head coach Kim Barnes Arico in 2012.
• The Wolverines feature four players scoring at least 10 points per game in Katelynn Flaherty (14.9 ppg), Shannon Smith (13.9 ppg), Cyesha Goree (12.4 ppg) and Siera Thompson (11.9 ppg).
• For the first time this season, U-M crossed the 80-point plateau when it scored 83 points against Wake Forest (Dec. 3). Since head coach Kim Barnes Arico took over prior to the 2012-13 season, U-M is 9-0 when scoring at least 80 points.
• Michigan is 5-1 this season when it gets to the free throw line at least 15 times. U-M leads the Big Ten in free throw percentage at 78.2.
PARKING
All women's basketball fans will be directed to park in SC7 (lower blue lot) beginning at 4 p.m.. Shuttles will be provided for guests with mobility issues.Once the lot is full, women's basketball fans will be directed to park at Pioneer High School or other cash lots surrounding Crisler Center. Stadium Convenience Parking will be available at women's basketball (free of cost but must have their state issued placard to enter). However, if they are staying for the men's basketball game they must pay $10.
CONCESSIONS
Normal concessions stands for women's basketball will be available when gates open at 5 p.m. All other concession stands and the club area will be available beginning at 7 p.m.
PARKING
The day will begin with a men's basketball parking operation. The following lots will be monitored by Park-Rite and only allowing men's basketball permit holders into these lots:
SC4 (Blue)
SC5 (Maize Lot)
SC6 (Maize ADA/Maize Lot)
SC7 (Lower Blue Lot off of Stadium Blvd.) will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis for women's basketball fans. Once the lot is full, women's basketball fans will be directed to park in at Pioneer HS or other cash lots.
TICKETS
Each game will be separate tickets. All Wolverine fans attending the women's game must purchase a ticket for the men's game if they wish to stay for the second game of the night. Fans with a men's ticket are welcome to women's game but will not be guaranteed their seat location until their men's game ticket becomes valid.
