• Finished fourth at the 8,000-meter adidas Pre-Nationals (Oct. 15) Open Race, running 25:36.9
• Finished 78th at the 8,000-meter Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 24) in 26:18.3
• Narrowly missed a scoring opportunity with his 11th-place finish at the 8,000-meter Sycamore Invitational (Sept. 10), coming across the line at 25:51.1
• Finished sixth at the 5,000-meter Michigan Open (Sept. 2), making his Michigan debut in 15:30.8
Prior to Michigan
• Graduated from Brown University in 2016 with a degree in Geology and Biology
• While at Brown, won three Ivy League Championships (2013: 1,000 meters; 2014: 4x800-meter relay; 2016: 800 meters)
• Brown record-holder at 1,000 meters (2:21.60)
• Two-year NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round Qualifier
• During his high school years, was a two-time indoor All-State athlete
• Garnered a pair of top-five New Balance Nationals finishes, earning All-American recognition during indoor and outdoor seasons.
