Outdoor Track & Field
• Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested. To help prevent the spread of the virus, the University of Michigan suspended all athletic activities, including practices, effective March 12.

Indoor Track & Field
• Ran a career-best 46.85 in the 400 meter dash for 6th at the Big Ten Championships (Feb. 28-29) after running a then-career-best 47.00 in the prelims. Also ran a leg of the eighth-place 4x400 relay team. Scored 3.25 points for the team.
• Ran a career-best 47.78 in the 400 meter dash for 6th at the Arkansas Tyson Invitational (Feb. 14-15). Also ran a career-best 21.67 in the 200 meter dash for 10th.
• Ran a career-best 47.80 in the 400 meter dash for 3rd at the Notre Dame Meyo Invitational (Feb. 7-8). Also finished ninth in the 600 meter run with a time of 1:19.01.
• Ran 47.94 in the 400 meter dash for 7th at the Kentucky Rod McCravy Memorial (Jan. 24-25)
• Ran a career-best 21.83 in the 200 meter dash for 2nd at the Simmons-Harvey Invitational (Jan. 18), and ran a leg of the winning 4x400 relay.

Outdoor Track & Field
• Earned Second-Team All-America honors as a leg of the 14th-place 4x400 relay team that ran 3:07.09 at the NCAA Championships (June 5-8).
• Ran a leg of the 12th-place 4x400 relay team that ran 3:07.31 at the NCAA East Preliminaries (May 23-25) to qualify for the NCAA Championships.
• Ran a leg of the sixth-place 4x400 relay team that scored two team points and the 7th-place 4x100 relay team that scored another point at the Big Ten Championships (May 10-12).
• Ran 48.61 in the 400 meter dash for 18th at the Virginia Challenge (April 19-20)
• Ran 47.77 in the 400 meter dash for the win at the Louisville Invitational (April 12-13)
• Ran 48.21 in the 400 meter dash for 10th at the Stanford Invitational (March 29-30), and also finished 19th at 200 meters in 21.78 (+0.2m/s).
• Ran a career-best 47.55 in the 400 meter dash for 2nd at the Hurricane Invitational (March 15-16)
