
Five Wolverines Notch IWLCA West/Midwest All-Region Honors

NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. -- Five University of Michigan women's lacrosse student-athletes earned Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association West/Midwest All-Region honors as announced Thursday (May 14).
Grace Callahan earned first-team honors for the second straight season, while Emma Bradbury, Emma Burke, Jordyn Harrison and Calli Norris all earned second-team honors. Callahan garnered her third career regional honor, while Bradbury, Burke, Harrison and Norris all earned the honor for the first time.
Callahan anchored a Michigan defense that ranked 24th nationally, allowing 8.80 goals per game this season. The senior defender broke the Michigan career ground-ball record, collecting 27 this season to bring her career total to 112. She also ranks second in program history with 79 career caused turnovers, forcing 24 in her final season at Michigan. The Victor, N.Y., native notched five games with two or more caused turnovers, including six against Oregon, while posting seven games with two ground balls or more. Callahan added a goal against Yale and an assist against Mercer to her stat line this season and won 21 draw controls.
Bradbury led the Michigan offense with a career-best 70 points, ranking her fifth all-time for Michigan in single-season points and 11th in the Big Ten. The junior attacker scored 51 goals to rank fourth all-time in Michigan single-season history, recording 15 multi-point games, including at USF with six goals and three assists. Bradbury also tallied 13 games with two goals or more and three games with five goals or more. She added 22 ground balls, six caused turnovers and five draw controls in 2026.
Burke dominated the draw control for Michigan in her sophomore season as the draw specialist, leading the Big Ten and ranked sixth nationally with 178 draw-control wins. The midfielder also ranked 12th nationally with 8.90 draw-control wins per game. Burke broke her own standing single-game and single-season draw control records, tallying 22 wins against Central Michigan, which ranked third all-time in NCAA single-game history, while her 178 wins this season broke her Michigan 2025 season record of 135. Burke also shattered the Michigan career draw-control record this season with 313 wins, breaking Anna Schueler's career record of 239 (2014-17). Burke produced 16 games with five draw control wins or more and eight double-digit draw-control-win outings this season.
Harrison helped Callahan anchor the defense, as she led the Wolverines with 32 ground-ball pickups and ranked second with 26 caused turnovers. The senior defender tallied six games with two caused turnovers or more, including causing four turnovers each against Ohio State and Johns Hopkins. Harrison also had nine contests with two ground balls or more, with a season-best five ground balls against Oregon.
Norris ranked second on the team in points, with 67 in her final season and a team-high 52 goals -- which ranked sixth in the Big Ten -- while recording 16 multi-goal contests with a season-best five against both Rutgers and Penn State. The Vero Beach, Fla., native recorded at least one point in all 20 games this season and had a season-high seven points (four goals, three assists) against Stanford in the NCAA Tournament. The senior also added 48 draw controls to her stat line and reached the career century club in both points and goals this season.
