Big Ten Players To Watch
» Tate Carey was an NCBWA All-American last year and earned All-Big Ten freshman team honors.
» He finished with a 9-0 record, appearing in 18 contests and led U-M in ERA and WHIP while striking out 51 batters.
» The sophomore was named as JustBaseball and Perfect Game Preseason Big Ten Pitcher of the Year.
» Gavin DeVooght pitched 15.2 innings last season with a 2-2 record and 14 strikeouts.
» The junior earned two wins in the first week of the season last year with a relief win against No. 2-ranked Virginia and a five-inning start against Stetson.
» He earned Big Ten All-Freshman team honors in 2024 when he played at Ohio State.
» Noah Miller started 22 games while appearing in 37, mostly at catcher, and cut down four would-be basestealers while maintaining a .988 fielding percentage.
» Miller slashed .293/.402/.476 over the season with 11 extra-base hits, including two home runs, and added 11 runs and 18 RBI.
» The redshirt-sophomore earned Big Ten All-Tournament team last year after four hits, including a home run and two doubles in two games.
