
U-M to Return to Crisler to Host Binghamton

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The No. 6-ranked University of Michigan women's basketball team (3-0) will return to Crisler Center for the final time this month, hosting Binghamton (2-1) on Tuesday evening (Nov. 18) at 7 p.m. B1G+ will carry the game.
Notes
• Michigan vaulted up to No. 6 in this week's Associated Press poll, the second-highest ranking in program history and the highest since coming in at No. 6 on Feb. 21, 2022. With the men's team coming in at No. 7, it is the first time that both programs are ranked in the top 10 at the same time.
• U-M is coming off a 93-54 win over then-No. 18 Notre Dame in Detroit this past weekend (Nov. 15). It was the largest margin of victory for Michigan over a ranked team in program history.
• Michigan has four players scoring in double figures in Olivia Olson (18.7 ppg), Mila Holloway (16.7 ppg), Syla Swords (11.3 ppg) and Ashley Sofilkanich (10.0 ppg).
• Olson was named to the Big Ten Weekly Honor Roll after recording 20 points, six rebounds, three assists and two steals against Notre Dame (Nov. 15). She was also named to the five-member Ann Meyers Drysdale National Player of the Week team by the USBWA.
• This is the second meeting between Michigan and Binghamton, with U-M taking a 90-62 win to open the 2015-16 season Nov. 14, 2015.
• The Wolverines have shot better than 50.0 percent in all three of their contests, ranking 12th nationally with a .522 field goal percentage. U-M is also 11th in scoring offense at 92.3 points per game.
• Michigan has used two different starting lineups through three games, with Holloway, Olson, Sofilkanich and Swords starting all three contests. Alyssa Crockett started the first two games, with Brooke Quarles Daniels making the first start of her Michigan career against the Fighting Irish (Nov. 15).
• This is Michigan's last home contest during the month of November, with a pair of neutral-site games coming up this weekend (Nov. 21 and Nov. 23) and a road contest set at Detroit Mercy on Nov. 26. U-M returns home on Dec. 3 to host Central Michigan.
