» As darkness fell over Lexington Country Club, second-round play at the Cullen Brown Collegiate was suspended, with the 15-team field having between one and four holes left to complete. After an opening-round 292, Michigan stood 14th following the first 18 holes.
» Teams will return to the course early Tuesday morning to finish the second round before heading straight into the final 18 holes. However, there is a threat of rain heading into the area on Tuesday morning.
» Steady from start to finish, RJ Arone paced the Wolverines with a 70 (-1) in the opening round, fueled by 15 pars and two birdies -- his ninth sub-par tally in 10 fall rounds. He stood tied for 16th after the first round.
» Nilay Naik added a 73 (+2) and sits tied for 41st. The sophomore has now posted nine rounds of 73 or better this fall.
