ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan women's basketball team (4-1) wraps up a five-game homestand on Sunday (Nov. 24), hosting Long Beach State (2-1) at 2 p.m. The Wolverines have won four straight games since dropping their season opener to No. 1 South Carolina.

• Michigan wraps up a five-game homestand on Sunday (Nov. 24), hosting Long Beach State. U-M is 4-1 at Crisler this season, averaging 92.3 points per game on 51.3 percent shooting. Olivia Olson and Syla Swords are each averaging 16.8 points per game, with Jordan Hobbs and Mila Holloway each averaging 12.8 points per game.
• Olson and Swords each scored 21 points in Michigan's last outing, the second time Michigan has had two freshmen score at least 20 points in the same game. U-M is the only team nationally to feature three freshmen who have scored at least 20 points in a game.
• Michigan and Long Beach State are meeting for the first time in program history. The Beach is one of two first-time opponents for Michigan this season after U-M knocked off Lehigh in the home opener (Nov. 8). The Wolverines could also face first-time foe Davidson at the Fort Myers Tip-Off over Thanksgiving, depending on the first-round results.
• Michigan is coming off a 96-31 win over LIU (Nov. 20), the fifth-largest margin of victory in program history.
• Swords has scored in double figures in all five games, averaging 18.8 points per game, good for sixth in the conference and first among freshmen.
• Michigan has recorded double-digit steals in four straight games, going for 14 against Lehigh (Nov. 8), 12 against Central Michigan (Nov. 14), 10 against Oakland (Nov. 17) and 12 against LIU (Nov. 20). It is the first time Michigan has had at least 10 steals in four consecutive games since the 2018-19 season (Feb. 24-March 9). U-M is sixth in the Big Ten in steals per game at 10.4 per contest.
• U-M has four players scoring in double figures in Swords (18.8 ppg), Olson (14.4 ppg), Hobbs (14.0 ppg) and Holloway (10.6 ppg).
• The Wolverines have continued to utilize a five-guard starting lineup through the first five games. U-M is still getting it done on the glass, grabbing 44.2 rebounds per game while giving up just 30.0 per game.
• Ally VanTimmeren and Yulia Grabovskaia are coming off the bench to provide a post presence. The duo is combining to average 10.2 points and 7.4 rebounds per game.
• Michigan hits the road for the second time this season next week, heading to Florida for the Fort Myers Tip-Off. U-M's first opponent is Belmont on Nov. 29.
