• Michigan takes the lead in the State Pride Flag competition with Michigan State. The two teams will meet in East Lansing on Friday to decide who will win the flag.
• Michigan State leads the all-time series 49-40 after this match. The Wolverines won at home vs. the Spartans for the first time since the 2010 season.
• Senior Lexi Dannemiller was honored after tonight's match on Senior Night. Dannemiller had 41 assists and 17 digs, garnering her 31st career double-double.
• Dannemiller's four service aces established a new season high. It also tied a team season high as Tiffany Morales had four vs. Duke on Sept. 6.
• Freshman Claire-Kieffer Wright recorded her first career start as a Wolverine. She had eight kills and five blocks.
• Freshman Caroline Knop registered her third career double-double (14 kills, 11 digs). She also led Michigan in kills for the second time this season.
• Freshman Adeja Lambert had a career-high 13 digs in the win. Her previous high was eight at Purdue on Sept. 26.
