• Michigan moves to 9-12 all-time against Detroit with today's loss. The win was Detroit's first win over Michigan in its last six tries.
• Michigan extends its three-point field goal streak to 139 consecutive games. The Wolverines have made at least one three-pointer in each game in the Kevin Borseth era.
• The Wolverines move to 0-4 this season when failing to reach 60 points. In each of U-M's double-figure losses, it has been held to less than 50 points. Michigan is 6-1 this season when scoring at least 60 points.
• Dominique Dixon became the third player this season to score 20 or more points on the Wolverines. Kelsey Bolte from Iowa State was the last U-M player to record 20 points.
• U-M extends its double-figure assist streak to three consecutive games. Michigan has three times this season recorded 20 or more assists and opened the season with five consecutive games with double figures assists.
• U-M's 30 percent (18-of-59) field goal shooting from the floor was the lowest field goal percentage of the season. Prior to today's' game, U-M's lowest field goal percentage was 36.5 percent against Iowa State on Dec. 5.
• U-M went into halftime break trailing for just the fourth time this season; U-M is 1-4 when it trails at halftime and is 5-1 when leading at the halftime break.
• Michigan head coach Kevin Borseth and Detroit head coach Autumn Rademacher know each other really well. The pair coached together for four years at UW-Green Bay, winning three Horizon League regular-season titles and two league tournament titles and made two appearances in the NCAA Tournament.
• Michigan head coach Kevin Borseth is three wins away from his 500th NCAA victory, which includes Division I and Division II wins. Borseth has also coached at the community college level.
