Outdoor Track & Field
• Ran a 1:50.90 to win the 800 meter run title at the USATF U20 Championships (June 25), earning him a roster spot for Team USA at the World U20 Championships.
• Earned second-team All-America honors as he ran a career-best 1:47.99 for 16th in the 800 meter run semifinals at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (June 8-11).
• Qualified for the NCAA Championships by running 1:48.73 for 9th in the 800 meter run quarterfinals at the NCAA East Preliminaries (May 25-28) after running 1:49.33 for 16th in the first round. Ran a leg of the 17th-place 4x400 relay in 3:09.48
• Ran 1:52.29 for 3rd in the 800 meter run final at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships (May 13-15) after running 1:52.28 for 19th in the prelims. Ran a leg of the 7th-place 4x400 relay in 3:13..62

• Ran 1:50.64 for 13th in the 800 meter dash prelims for second-team All-America honors at the NCAA Indoor Championships (March 11-12). Ran a leg of the 8th-place distance medley relay in 9:30.46 to earn first-team All-America honors.
• Ran a school-record 1:15.88 for 2nd in the 600 meter run final at the Big Ten Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26) after running 1:17.48 for 4th in the prelims. Ran legs of the 7th-place 4x400 relay in 3:11.63 and the 5th-place distance medley relay in 9:42.06
• Ran a leg of the school-record distance medley relay in 9:23.78 at the Notre Dame Alex Wilson Invitational (Feb. 19). At the time, the performance ranked No. 2 in Big Ten history and No. 10 in collegiate history on the all-conditions lists.
• Ran a school-record 1:47.37 for 2nd in the 800 meter run final at the Windy City Invitational (Feb. 11-12). Ran a leg of the 1st-place 4x400 relay in 3:11.53
• Ran a school-record 1:16.98 in the 600 meter run for the win at the Simmons-Harvey Invitational (Jan. 15) and ran a leg of the winning 4x400 relay in 3:11.29.
HIGH SCHOOL
Finished runner-up over 800 meters at the 2021 Outdoor Nationals and eighth at 400 meters, in additional to fifth- and ninth-place efforts in the distance medley and sprint medley relays, respectively ... Two-time AAU Junior Olympic Games winner over 800 meters in 2017 and 2019 ... Finished fourth at 2019 New Balance Nationals Outdoors over 800 meters, and ran a leg of the third-place 4x800 relay ... Also competed on the sixth-place distance medley relay and the winning sprint medley relay team in the "emerging elite" section ...
