
2026 CWPA Championship

The University of Michigan will host the 2026 Collegiate Water Polo Association Championship from April 10-12 at Canham Natatorium. U-M last hosted the CWPA Championship in 2021. The Wolverines have captured 11 CWPA titles in program history, most recently in 2022. Harvard won the 2025 CWPA Women's Water Polo Championship, with Princeton finishing as runner-up.

Teams are seeded based on win/loss records during the regular season. The results of Games 4, 7 and 8 determine fifth- to seventh-place standings. Home team is listed first and will wear dark caps. Numbers listed are tournament seeds.

The winner will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Championship, April 24-26, hosted by the University of California-San Diego at the Canyonview Aquatic Center in La Jolla, Calif.

Parking
Parking Note for Sunday, April 12
Michigan Athletics will host the Big House 5K on Sunday, April 12, beginning at 8 a.m. The race starts on State Street near Ocker Field/Schembechler Hall and finishes on the 50-yard line inside Michigan Stadium.
As a result, State Street and Hoover Avenue will be closed until runners have cleared the course and the race concludes. Guests attending the 9 a.m. match are encouraged to use street parking in the surrounding neighborhood or park in the Crisler Center lot if street parking is unavailable.
