CONSTRUCTED: 1980
Oosterbaan Field House serves as the indoor facility for U-M Athletics, providing space for indoor practices across a variety of sports. The university’s intramural and club sports programs also make use of the facility, which is located across the parking lot from Yost Ice Arena and behind Schembechler Hall on State Street.
The building is connected to the Football Performance Center (which houses the Michigan football team) and the Al Glick Field House, football’s primary practice facility. Featuring a state-of-the-art FieldTurf™ surface, Oosterbaan’s enclosed practice and playing area offers year-round, full-field training and development opportunities.

From Detroit Metro Airport and points east: Take I-94 west to Ann Arbor-Saline Road (exit 175). Turn right and follow Ann Arbor-Saline Road as it turns into Main Street, going north for approximately 1 1/2 miles. Michigan Stadium is on the northeast corner of Main Street and Stadium Boulevard. Turn right on Stadium Blvd. and make your first left into the Crisler parking lot. The Lower Crisler Blue Lot (SC-7) will be on your right.
From Chicago and points west: Take I-94 East to Ann Arbor-Saline Road (exit 175). Turn left and follow Ann Arbor-Saline Road as it turns into Main Street, going north for approximately 1 1/2 miles.
