Automated Teller Machine
An ATM is located at the northwest entrance of Yost Ice Arena.
Baby Changing Areas
Changing tables are located in the public restrooms at Oosterbaan Field House.
Cameras and Video Equipment
Single-frame flash photography is allowed. All forms of video and motion picture cameras are strictly prohibited. Guests are also forbidden to use lighting or camera support pods at Oosterbaan Field House.
Exit/Re-Entry
Guests are not permitted to leave Oosterbaan Field House and return on the same ticket. Re-admittance to Oosterbaan Field House will be allowed only in the case of an emergency. Those needing to exit Oosterbaan Field House for this purpose must see an Event Team Member at the main entrance prior to exiting.
Fan Conduct
Michigan Athletics is committed to providing a fun, respectful, and inclusive environment for all fans, student-athletes, faculty, and staff. Participants and guests should not be subjected to harassment or intimidation or any other kind of disruptive behavior while attending Michigan Athletic Department events. Any fan who engages in disruptive behaviors -- including but not limited to appearing inebriated; entering the field of play or throwing objects in the stands or onto the field; harassing or intimidating others; or directing profane, insulting, abusive or highly critical language at another person (such as racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic or demeaning slurs) -- will be removed from the event and may face arrest and prosecution in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
A fan's season tickets may be subject to termination if their behavior or that of the person(s) holding their ticket(s) is found to violate this code of conduct. Any fan behavior that directly or indirectly interferes with the enjoyment of the game by others or conduct of the event will be promptly addressed and may result in revocation of the ticket license and removal from the venue.
If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game or event, please contact an Event Team Member for assistance.
First Aid
American Red Cross personnel are located throughout Oosterbaan Field House and are available for assistance. An ambulance is on site at Oosterbaan Field House during all games and emergency medical technicians are prepared to assist any guest in need. Should you or someone near you require medical assistance, please see an Event Team Member.
Food and Beverages
No outside food or beverages are allowed inside Oosterbaan Field House.

Free parking is available in several lots near Oosterbaan Field House. The primary parking lots for lacrosse are the Athletic Department Lot (Grey Lot), accessible from State and Hoover streets, and the Lower Crisler Blue Lot (SC-7), accessible from Main Street and Greene Street. The Lower Crisler Bue Lot (SC-7) provides the best access to the Oosterbaan Field House main entrance, where the player guest pass list and will call window are located. From the Crisler lot, there is a path near the railroad tracks that leads to the entrance. Parking is also available in the Glick lots (see below).

Parking for Persons with Disabilities: Handicap parking is located on the 3rd base side of Alumni Field and on the west side of the Indoor Track Building. Access to this area is at the northwest corner of the Indoor Track Building. Only persons with a State Issued Disability Placard will be allowed to access this area. A parking attendant will be monitoring this area. Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Additional Parking Information: The University of Michigan will not be responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents parked for lacrosse games. Patrons are reminded that normal parking restrictions apply on game day. Vehicles parked in fire lanes, at the end of aisles, and in any other illegal location will be ticketed and/or towed. Spaces may not be reserved for later arriving vehicles unless authorized by the UM Athletic Department. Tailgate accessory equipment may not be placed in any designated parking space. Tailgate equipment may not be placed into roadways/driveways in a manner in which it impedes traffic. UM Event Management Staff will have the final decision on whether it impedes traffic or not. Alcohol, possession and/or consumption, is prohibited at all athletic events.
Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited at Oosterbaan Field House:
• Oversized bags
• Containers of any kind (including coolers, thermoses, cups, bottles, cans, flasks)
• Aerosol and Spray Cans
• Flags with Flagpoles
• Alcoholic Beverages
• Camcorders and Tripods
• Strollers
• Irritants (i.e., noisemakers, air horns, etc.)
• Food of any kind
• Weapons
• Any projectile or object that could cause injury if thrown onto the playing field or into the seating areas.
Restrooms
Public restrooms are accessible and located on the southeast corner of Oosterbaan Field House (between Oosterbaan & Glick).
Safety at Oosterbaan Field House
The confines of Oosterbaan Field House make flying lacrosse balls especially dangerous. For your own safety, please keep an eye on the field.
Smoking Policy
The University of Michigan is a smoke-free campus. For the health and enjoyment of our guests, smoking is prohibited in all areas of Oosterbaan Field House. In addition, guests wanting to leave and smoke may not re-enter Oosterbaan Field House. It is the responsibility of all guests to observe the no-smoking regulation.
Ticket Information
Entry to regular-season home events will be free of charge. When Michigan Athletics hosts conference or NCAA competition there will likely be an admission charge.
