
Trio Under Par Leads Michigan Through 36 Holes at Marino Classic

» After completing 27 holes Sunday to get ahead of threatening weather, Michigan returned Monday to finish the second round and carded a 290, moving into ninth place after 36 holes of the Michael A. Marino Classic at The Dunes Golf & Beach Club.
» The 16-team field will return Tuesday to complete the 54-hole tournament after the expected weather moved out of the area.
» Three Wolverines sit inside the top 25, led by sophomore RJ Arone, who is tied for 14th at 141 (-3; 67-74). Sophomore Nilay Naik is tied for 18th at 142 (-2; 72-70), while Dean Muratore is tied for 22nd at 143 (-1; 71-72).
