
Wojcik Earns Second CoSIDA Academic All-America Honor

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- University of Michigan women's gymnastics senior Natalie Wojcik was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America Division I women's at-large second team, announced Wednesday (June 15) by the College Sports Information Directors of America.
At-large sports for the CoSIDA Academic All-America program include fencing, golf, gymnastics, ice hockey, lacrosse, rifle, skiing, swimming and diving, tennis and water polo for both men and women, as well as beach volleyball, bowling, field hockey, and rowing for women, and volleyball and wrestling for men.
Wojcik, who graduated with an undergraduate degree in Spanish, linguistics and psychology and will return for her fifth year, notched her second All-America honor as she was named to the first team in 2021.
The senior all-arounder was the 2022 AAI Award winner, which has been dubbed the Heisman Trophy of women's gymnastics and given annually to the nation's top senior collegiate gymnast. She was a two-time WCGA All-America honoree and a four-time WCGA Regular Season All-America honoree in her senior season, bringing her career total to six WCGA All-America honors and 12 WCGA Regular Season All-America citations.
Wojcik earned the individual regional title on the uneven bars and was the Big Ten individual champion on the beam in the 2022 season. Furthermore, Wojcik eclipsed 100 career scores with a 9.900 or better as she ended her senior campaign with 110. Wojcik is a three-time All-Big Ten honoree, a three-time WCGA Scholastic All-American and two-time Big Ten Distinguished Scholar.
