• Michigan is looking to snap a two-game losing streak in the contest against Northwestern. U-M had been 2-0 following a loss this season before falling to No. 8 Maryland Thursday (March 4). The Wolverines are 8-1 at home this season and are looking for both their ninth conference and home win of the season. Depending on the results of the final days of action across the conference, Michigan is still in the hunt for a top-four seed at the upcoming Big Ten Tournament.
• Michigan had four double-figure scorers in its 75-66 win over Ohio State (Feb. 21), the first time U-M had four in double figures since a 92-49 win over Wisconsin (Dec. 31). U-M is now 7-0 when at least four players reach double figures, with five players doing it in the season-opening win over Central Michigan (Nov. 25).

The Wildcats have a trio of double-figure scorers in Veronica Burton (16.6 ppg), Lindsey Pulliam (16.2 ppg) and Sydney Wood (12.5 ppg). U-M has won two straight in the series against Northwestern.
