Host Bruce Madej and industry expert Kim Cameron talk to members of the University of Michigan community to discuss the relationship between sport, academic study, and success. The podcast strives to give listeners an insight into the value of sports as a tool in society, business, and everyday life, and our host and experts talk to Wolverine coaches, student-athletes, and professors to discuss the link between sports and business for personal and team growth.

Meet the 'Beyond the Wins and Losses' Team
Bruce Madej, now a senior advisor to University of Michigan Athletics Director Warde Manuel, was the longest-serving Sports Information Director in the history of the U-M Athletic Department. Under Madej’s leadership, U-M was one of the first university athletic departments to use computer stats, create a dedicated website, and integrate social media into public relations plans.
Kim Cameron is the William Russell Kelly Professor of Management and Organizations in the Ross School of Business. His research on organizational virtuousness, downsizing, effectiveness, corporate quality culture, and the development of leadership excellence has been published in more than 130 academic articles and 15 scholarly books.
