ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan women's basketball team (19-10, 10-7 B1G) wraps up the regular season on Sunday (March 3), hosting Wisconsin (13-16, 4-13 B1G) at Crisler Center. The game is set for 2 p.m.
• U-M will honor its senior class of Nicole Munger, Taylor Rooks, Hallie Thome and Samantha Trammel prior to the game. Munger, Thome and Trammel are the second-winningest class in school history with 91 victories. Jillian Dunston and Katelynn Flaherty hold the record with 92 victories.
• U-M turned it up in the shortest month of the year, going 7-1 during February to vault up the Big Ten standings. Michigan won seven straight games from Feb. 1-21, the first time U-M won seven consecutive Big Ten games since the 1999-2000 season. U-M sat in a tie for 10th place on Jan. 28 at 3-6 before reeling off seven wins in eight games.
• Michigan is concluding the regular season against Wisconsin and is tied for fourth place in the Big Ten at 10-7. The Wolverines are tied with Ohio State for fourth, but Michigan can clinch a double-bye and the No. 4 seed with a win against the Badgers. • For the first time in school history, Michigan has reached the 10-win plateau in conference play in three straight seasons. U-M went 11-5 in 2016-17, 10-6 last season and currently sits with a 10-7 record this season. It is just the eighth time U-M has reached 10 wins in conference play, with three coming under head coach Kim Barnes Arico.
• Michigan is back at Crisler Center to host Wisconsin in the season finale for the Maize and Blue.
