» Battling the elements, the University of Michigan men's golf team posted rounds of 294 and 293 and is eighth after 36 holes of the Boilermaker Invitational.
» With four birdies in each of his rounds, senior Kyle Mueller posted back-to-back 70s (-2) and is tied for second individually with a 140 (-4) total. He is just one shot out of the lead.
» Freshman Charlie Pilon followed his opening-round 74 (+2) with a 71 (-1) and is tied for 12th at 145 (+1).
» Michigan is playing in its regular-season finale at Purdue.
