Michigan is now 2-4 in the all time series against Penn State. The Wolverines are now 5-3-2 against Big Ten opponents at Yost Ice Arena.

Shuart now has four points (3G, A) in his last four games.
Junior forward Cristoval 'Boo' Nieves extended his point-scoring streak to four games with an assist on Shuart's first-period goal. Nieves has four points (G, 3A) in his last four games.
Sophomore defenseman Kevin Lohan has points in three straight games after notching an assist on Max Shuart's first-period goal. Lohan has four points (G, 3A) in his last four games.
