Q U O T E S
U-M Head Coach Jim Richardson
On his impressions of U-M's performance ... "I thought Susan Gilliam's performance in the 1,000-yard freestyle was excellent. Kelli Stein also had a very good time in the 200-yard breaststroke. Overall, I thought we did the best we could with what we had to work with. We have not had a lot of experience with the short course, so our tempo was not what it should be. From what I saw from our younger swimmers, I think this could be a very good team towards the end of the season."
