With two All-America honors and five Honorable Mention All-America awards at this year's NCAA Championships, senior Shannon Shakespeare finishes her U-M career as a 19-time NCAA All-American and an eight-time Honorable Mention All-American.
Emily Cocks and Laura Kaznecki each earned her first NCAA Championships award. Cocks was an Honorable Mention All-America in the 200 medley relay, while Kaznecki earned All-America honors in the 200 free relay and Honorable Mention All-America recognition in the 400 free relay.
Michigan's 14th-place finish snapped an eight-year streak (1992-99) of NCAA top-eight finishes for the Wolverines but continued a streak of 14 straight years in the top 15. U-M was seventh at last year's NCAA Championships.
