Michigan Men's Tennis Team Cracks ITA Top 25

In addition to the team's listing, senior No. 1 player Matt Wright (Wichita, Kan./Wichita Collegiate HS) lists No. 65 in the singles rankings. Wright has a 17-6 overall singles record this season and is 5-2 at the top singles spot. Wright and sophomore Danny McCain (Largo, Fla./Canterbury School) rank No. 28 in this week's ITA doubles poll after listing No. 41 on March 1. The tandem has an 8-4 overall record thus far and is 5-3 at the No. 1 doubles spot.
Michigan (7-1) takes its No. 21 ranking on the road this weekend for a Big Ten Conference match against No. 23-ranked Minnesota on Sunday (March 19, 9 a.m. CST) in Minneapolis, Minn.
