Q U O T E S
Michigan Head Coach Sue Guevara
On today's game ... "It was really pretty simple. I told the team they did a great job executing on both ends of the floor. We were very aggressive today. I am very happy that everyone got a chance to score."
On the bench production ... "Our bench played wonderful. (Kenisha) Walker got her hands on a lot of loose balls. We have an experienced bench. We have a confident bench. As I always say, you are only as good as your bench. Our bench allows our starters to rest."
On the remainder of the season ... "We are focused on playing one game at a time. We are on a mission. We control our own destiny."
Sophomore Guard Alayne Ingram
On scoring first for Michigan ... "It was big for my confidence. We did a good job on defense. We got a lot of defensive rebounds and that helped us run. We dominated the boards and that really helped move the game."
Indiana Head Coach Jim Izard
On today's game ... "It was just hard to get going. We couldn't stop the transition of Michigan. Michigan did a good job of doubling their guards. We didn't react to that. At halftime, we had three players who had scored. You can't win with only three players scoring."
