Conner Williams

Conner Williams rejoined the University of Michigan women's soccer program prior to the 2025 campaign after spending the 2024 season as an assistant coach at Oakland. Williams spent the 2023 season at Michigan as a volunteer coach and the director of analytics.Â
During the 2024 season with the Golden Grizzlies, Williams served as the recruiting coordinator and goalkeeper coach. He was responsible for opposition scouting and out-of-possession tactics while at Oakland.Â
A native of Ann Arbor, Williams pulled double duty in fall of 2023, coaching his first season as head varsity boys soccer coach at his alma mater, Saline High School. In his inaugural campaign, Saline went 9-4-5 and won their fourth district title in the last five years. Â
In addition to his previous roles as soccer analyst and head varsity boys soccer coach, Williams served as a youth coach for local soccer club, Saline FC. Williams also holds a USSF Grassroots Coaching License (Level D License).
A 2020 graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Public Health, Williams has a background in the nonprofit sector. He has served as a project manager, director of operations and international director for Poured Out, Inc. Poured Out provides clean water and sanitation programs in the United States, Haiti and Uganda, in addition to administering immediate disaster relief to communities across the United States.
