Played in all but one game... was primary reserve for the power forward and center positions... was a major contributor despite modest stats... averaged 2.6 points, 2.6 rebounds and 12 minutes per game... shot 58.3 percent from the field... had a team-high six blocked shots vs. Murray State (Dec. 24), which ranks tied for seventh on U-M’s single game record list... tallied three blocked shots at Michigan State (Feb. 17) and had two blocks in three other games... scored then career-high nine points against Purdue (Jan. 29) and at Penn State (Feb. 25)... grabbed then career-best eight rebounds against then top-ranked Duke (Dec. 13).
