
Michigan Takes Second at CSCAA Dual Meet Challenge

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- The No. 7-ranked University of Michigan women's swimming and diving program fell to No. 1-ranked Virginia, 40-16, on Sunday (Nov. 23) at the CSCAA Dual Meet Challenge at Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center. The Wolverines finished second at the inaugural event.
For the second time in as many days, the team of Bella Sims, Letitia Sim, Brady Kendall and Leila Fack set a new school record in the 200-yard medley relay to open the meet, posting a time of 1:33.26.
Sim followed with a win in the 100-yard breaststroke in 58.12. She then set a new program record in the 200-yard breaststroke, touching the wall at 2:06.52 to surpass Miranda Tucker's previous mark of 2:06.59 set in 2018.
With the conclusion of the CSCAA Dual Meet Challenge, Michigan wrapped up competition for the fall portion of the 2025-26 season. The Wolverines will return to action when they host Indiana at Canham on Jan. 9 at 12 p.m.
