Hockey Commissioners Association Player of the Month
» Will Horcoff led the nation in goals scored with nine in nine games, while adding four assists for 14 points to average 1.44 points per game.
» Five of his nine goals were game-winning goals as Michigan moved into the No. 1 ranking in the USCHO poll midway through the month.
» Horcoff is the first Michigan player to have 18 goals in 18 games since Hobey Baker winner Kevin Porter in 2007-08.
» Horcoff currently leads the nation in points with 26 on a nation's best 18 goals and eight assists.

Big Ten First Star of the Week
» Will Horcoff had a four-goal, five-point weekend as Michigan swept Harvard on the road.
» He scored both game-winning goals on the weekend.
» On Friday night (Nov. 28), Horcoff tallied two goals and had a primary assist in a 5-1 win and scored twice on Saturday (Nov. 29), including the overtime winner.

» Michael Hage led Michigan and the nation this weekend with six points as the Wolverines swept Harvard.
» On Friday in a 5-1 win, he collected three assists and then had the team's second goal and two assists, including the primary on the overtime winner on Saturday.
Nov. 25 -- T.J. Hughes
Big Ten First Star of the Week
» T.J. Hughes led Michigan in a sweep of Ohio State, with a five-point weekend.
» Hughes scored the game-winning goal on Friday (Nov. 21) and added two assists in a 5-2 win.
» On Saturday (Nov. 22), he scored back-to-back goals in the third period in an 8-1 rout of the Buckeyes.
» Hughes also went 46.4 percent at the faceoff dot and averaged 18:53 of ice time.
Nov. 6 -- Ben Robertson
Hockey Commissioners Association Co-Defender of the Month
» Ben Robertson led the nation's defensemen in scoring with 11 points during the month of October.
» He helped Michigan move from a preseason No. 12 ranking to No. 2 in the nation as the Wolverines won seven straight games and posted an 8-1 record during the month. The start is Michigan's best defensive start in the program's 104-year history.
» Robertson is a member of a defense that allowed just seven goals through nine games and has Michigan off to its best record since the 1997-98 national championship season.
» He had points in six games and had four multiple-point games, including a three-assist game, and also collected 16 blocks, the second most on the team.

» Will Horcoff led Michigan with three goals in Michigan's sweep of Notre Dame to open conference play.
» The sophomore tallied the game-winner in overtime on Saturday.
» Horcoff gave Michigan a 2-0 lead on Friday night with back-to-back goals in a 5-3 decision.
Oct. 14 -- Jack Ivankovic

» Jack Ivankovic went 2-0 with a sweep of No. 7 Providence on the road last weekend.
» He allowed just two goals and made 43 saves for a .956 save percentage.
» The Nashville Predators draft pick leads the nation in goals-against average at 0.75 as Michigan has its fewest goals against to start a season since 1925-26.
Oct. 7 -- Michael Hage
Big Ten Second Star of the Week
» Michael Hage led the nation in scoring with seven points, averaging 3.50 points per game during U-M's season-opening series with Mercyhurst.
» Hage scored twice and had five primary assists while winning 65.4 percent of his faceoffs (17-9).
» His five-point game on Friday (Oct. 3) matched his career best, tying the five he had at Penn State on Nov. 23, 2024.
