CWPA Rookie of the Week
» Matilda Waugh recorded a season-high four goals in its win over Mercyhurst on Saturday (April 5), bringing her weekend total to eight goals at the Conference Crossover.
» Hailing from Sydney, Australia, Waugh collected four assists, bringing her season total to nine.
» Waugh earned her first career CWPA weekly honor.
March 24 -- Emma Gustafsson, Ari Karampetsou
CWPA Player of the Week
» Emma Gustafsson delivered a standout performance at the Wolverine Invite, scoring 13 goals and adding one assist over five games.
» The sophomore reached 100 career points during the home weekend stint, becoming the fourth-fastest Wolverine to achieve this milestone.
» Gustafsson earned her second CWPA weekly honor of the season, with the first being named Player of the Week following the year's first tournament.
CWPA Rookie of the Week
» Ari Karampetsou tallied five goals and a team-high nine assists across five games at the Wolverine Invitational.
» On the defensive end of the pool, Karampetsou collected 10 steals and had one field block.
» The freshman attacker continues to lead Michigan's offensive efforts, pacing the team with 69 points.

2025 Cutino Award Watch List
» Ari Karampetsou leads Michigan's offense with 55 points this season, delivering multi-goal performances in 13 games.
» The standout attacker has been dominant in the first half of the season on each end of the pool, tallying 39 goals and 19 steals across 16 games.
» Karampetsou is one of just two freshmen named to the Cutino Award Watch List, joining Michigan alumni Libby Alsemgeest and Kata Utassy, who were both nominated in 2024.
» The Peter J. Cutino Award, named in honor of the late Hall of Fame coach, recognizes the best player in men's and women's college water polo.

CWPA Rookie of the Week
» Ari Karampetsou had a dominant offensive weekend, scoring nine goals across four games at the Convergence Tournament, including a three-goal performance against then-No. 12 Loyola Marymount.
» The freshman showcased her playmaking skills, recording five assists to help fuel the Wolverines' attack.
» This marks Karampetsou's third Rookie of the Week honor of the season.

» Ari Karampetsou spearheaded the Wolverines' attack last weekend, netting nine goals over a three-game stretch against No. 20 Wagner, No. 21 Indiana and No. 2 Stanford.
» She showcased her playmaking, racking four assists on her 13-point weekend at the Midwest Invitational.
» Karampetsou added three field blocks and a steal.
» The honor is her second of the season, with her first coming on Jan. 21.

CWPA Player of the Week
» Emma Gustafsson tallied five goals on seven attempts with a .714 shooting percentage last weekend at Fresno State's Polo-Plaooza.
» Tallied a hat trick in the season opener against No. 9 Fresno State on Friday (Jan. 17) and scored twice more against No. 18 San Jose State on Saturday (Jan. 18).
» This is Gustafsson's fourth career weekly honor. She earned the CWPA Rookie of the Week award twice and the Player of the Week one time.
CWPA Defensive Player of the Week
» Madie Ambrose made a par of appearances at Polo-Palooza, totaling 12 saves and a .444 save percentage.
» The junior matched her career high of nine saves vs. Fresno State, which she last accomplished in February 2023 against St. Francis (Pa.).
CWPA Rookie of the Week
» In her first two games as a Wolverine, Ari Karampetsou led the U-M offense with six goals and one assist.
» Karampetsou was the first Wolverine to score for this season. In total, she netted four goals against Fresno State.
