Big Ten Co-Track Athlete of the Week (April 17) -- Junior Savannah Sutherland garnered her first Big Ten Weekly nod of the season after returning to the 400-meter hurdles with a bang at the Tom Jones Invitational on April 12. The reigning NCAA Champion posted the No. 1 time (54.86 seconds) in the NCAA in the win. She shares the honor with Penn State's Florence Caron and Rutgers' Chloe Timberg. » Big Ten Release
Big Ten Track Athlete of the Week (March 28) -- Freshman Sidney Green earned her first Big Ten Track Athlete of the Week nod following an impressive performance at the Clyde Hart Classic (March 22-23). Green ran the 400-meter hurdles for the first time this season in Waco, Texas, finishing fifth with a time of 58.48. The mark is tied for the seventh fastest in program history, the No. 3 time in the Big Ten and the No. 14 time in the NCAA. » Big Ten Release
